GM Ryan is seeking a client-centric rainmaker and sales leader with 5+ years of successful professional recruiting experience to join our team. We are in growth mode and expanding our team with two targeted senior additions to the operation who will have an influential role and clear path to become a Principal at the firm. The ideal player/coach will desire to earn well into 6 figures while helping to further build a professional recruiting practice.

Opportunity
We are seeking a proven recruiting professional/leader with minimum 5+ years commercial recruiting expertise (and verifiable success) to lead/manage a division of GM Ryan. This will initially require successful contributions as an individual rainmaker including (some) client development, candidate fulfillment, and mastery of internal methods. Additionally, the hired leader will hire and scale a team of competent recruiters, managing KPIs and inspiring exceptional performance.

Our model is based upon a fully developed, systematic, repeatable process proven to enable competent and disciplined mid/senior career professionals to thrive. That said, it is expected that the Vice President will have their own ideas and will be given latitude to iterate as necessary.

The ideal candidate will be a like-minded entrepreneurial builder, operator, and high-performing sales and recruitment leader inclined to help further scale the businesses.
